Fundraisers & Group Orders

We're Sew Much Minky and More — a family-run custom embroidery shop in Blackwood, New Jersey. Alongside our keepsake work, we run spirit wear fundraisers and group apparel orders for schools, PTOs, sports teams, cheer and dance squads, churches and local businesses.

Everything is made here by us. Nothing is drop-shipped.

How a school or team fundraiser works

1. You get your own shop page. We build a collection on our website just for your school or team — your colors, your mascot, your items.
2. Your fundraiser chair helps design each item. You're not picking from a catalog. We work with whoever is running it to get the artwork and the garments right before anything goes live.
3. You share one link. Families order and pay online themselves, in their own sizes. No paper forms, no collecting cash, no chasing anybody down.
4. We send you an update every day. While the shop is open you get a daily report from us of every order that has come in.
5. Orders come in already sorted. Each garment can carry a School, Team or Department option, so a whole district's orders arrive grouped by building instead of in one pile.
6. We make everything and hand it over. Local pickup in Blackwood, or we ship.

What we can put your name on

Crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, quarter-zips and full-zips, cotton and performance t-shirts, polos, fleece jackets, embroidered trucker hats, totes and towels. Most garments run from youth sizes through adult 4XL.

We do embroidery, appliqué, glitter and sequin appliqué, and printed graphics — often more than one on the same order, so families can pick the look they like at different price points.

Businesses and staff apparel

The same setup works for companies. Embroidered polos, jackets, quarter-zips and hats with your logo, and we can leave an ongoing shop page up so staff order their own sizes directly instead of routing every request through your office.

Timing

Group and bulk orders usually take about two weeks to make once the shop closes. If you have a date to hit — a game, a concert, a first day of school, a trade show — tell us the deadline when you get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
